Found this in a really old email from a friend, who had this as a quote/signature at the end of their message:

The capacity to learn is a gift
The ability to learn is a skill
The willingness to learn is a choice

Watch your thoughts, they become your words.
Watch your words, they become your actions.
Watch your actions, they become your habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

Definitely something worth thinking about.
